These terms and conditions apply to discount codes and other promotional offers from Kenza Home Contemporary Living and other partnered third parties:
- Unless otherwise specified, promotional codes and/or discount offers can only be used once and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or sale items.
- Discount codes / promotional offers are only available online at www.kenzahome.co.uk.
- Unless otherwise stated, offers do not apply to delivery charges. Please check relevant delivery terms and conditions here.
- Valid free delivery codes can be redeemed against our UK Standard Delivery Service only and are not eligible for use in conjunction with any other offer or promotion, trade discount, press discount and/or sale item(s).
- Any refunds will take into account the discount applied as part of the offer.
- Kenza Home Contemporary Living reserves the right to decline to accept orders where, in our reasonable opinion, a promotion code or discount is invalid for the order being placed or is the subject of fraudulent activity.
- Kenza Home Contemporary Living reserves the right to change these terms and conditions or withdraw a promotion at any time without notice.
- Only codes issued by Kenza Home Contemporary Living on the Kenza Home Contemporary Living website or with selected approved partners are accepted. Discount codes obtained on discount code websites have not been created by Kenza Home Contemporary Living and are therefore not valid.
- Press Discount codes are for press features, collaborations and events only and cannot be used for personal orders.
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Gift Voucher & Credit Notes
- Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and cannot be redeemed after this date has passed.
- Credit Notes issued by Kenza Home Contemporary Living are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and cannot be redeemed after this date has passed.
- We reserve the right to make changes to these terms without notice.

- From time to time, you will receive promotional emails and newsletters from us about our products and services. Please note, you will only receive these promotional emails only if you have opted in to receive them from us on the Kenza Home Contemporary Living Ltd website or have given a third-party permission to share your emails.

- Please allow us 3 business days from when the request was received to complete the removal, as some of our promotions may already have been in process before you submitted your request.
- Please note, if you place an order with us or sign up for an out-of-stock notification email we may contact you by email or telephone if we have any questions or queries in relation to your order or need to update you with regards to your account or order. In all instances, this will not re-subscribe you to our newsletter service.
