Returns

Thank you for purchasing our products at Kenza Home Contemporary Living. We understand that sometimes we change our minds, if that is the case in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase.  Please note you are responsible for the cost of returning items back to us unless we delivered the item to you in error. The product must be in the same condition/original packaging that you received it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you have used during the purchase. For card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your statement. 

Every effort will be made to ensure that the products you have ordered arrive undamaged and without defect. If the products are found to be either damaged or defective in any way at the time of delivery, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery of the product or, in the event of a latent defect, within three days of the date upon which you discovered the defect. We ask that you contact our Customer Services department via email: customerservices@kenzahome.co.uk in the first instance.

 

Faulty Items

If you believe an item is faulty, please contact us as soon as the fault has been noticed. We ask that you contact our customer Services department via email: customerservices@kenzahome.co.uk with the following information:

Full name and Address

Invoice Number

Date of Delivery

Photographic evidence of the fault

Where possible we will arrange for the fault to be repaired or replaced. If the fault cannot be repaired or replaced, we will remove the item and issue you a refund.

 

Made To Order

There are some items that we cannot accept as a return and that is bespoke items (made to order) this again, is a strict NO REFUND POLICY. Please get in contact for further information.
