Delivery | Returns and exchanges
UK delivery
Free standard UK delivery on orders of £75 or more. The threshold is based on your order subtotal after discounts.
For orders below £75, delivery charges are calculated at checkout according to your order and delivery address. Available services and their prices are shown before you pay.
Standard delivery
In-stock standard orders are normally dispatched and delivered within 1–3 working days in total. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Delivery availability for Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and islands, the Isle of Wight and the Isles of Scilly is shown at checkout. Please contact us before ordering if your address is not supported or you need to confirm a delivery date.
Express and Saturday delivery
Any available express or Saturday services and their additional charges are shown at checkout. Please contact us before ordering if delivery by a particular date is essential. Free standard delivery does not include paid upgrades.
Furniture and large fragile items
Where an item requires specialist delivery, please check the product page and contact us to confirm the arrangements and delivery date before ordering.
Returns and exchanges
If you change your mind about an eligible online purchase, email customerservices@kenzahome.co.uk within 14 calendar days after receiving your item to tell us you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 calendar days to send the item back. Sale items have the same cancellation rights as full-price items.
How to return an item
Include your name, order number and the item you wish to return or exchange. We will provide the return address and instructions. You can also use the cancellation form below; it is optional.
You are responsible for return postage for change-of-mind returns. Package the item securely and keep proof of postage. Please return it with its original packaging where possible. You may inspect the item as you would in a shop; we may make a reasonable deduction for loss of value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. There is no restocking fee.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Contact us to arrange one.
Refunds
We will refund the original payment method within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. For cancellation of a whole order, we also refund the standard outbound delivery charge. Any extra cost for an upgraded delivery service is not refunded. Your payment provider may take additional time to show the refund.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Please email us as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where possible. If damage is visible on delivery, reporting it within three days helps us investigate with the courier, but this request does not limit your statutory rights.
For faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods, we will arrange an appropriate remedy, including a refund, repair or replacement as required by your consumer rights, and cover reasonable return costs. Please contact us before paying to return these items.
Personalised and custom-made items
The change-of-mind cancellation right does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. This does not affect your rights if the goods are faulty, damaged or not as described. An item is not excluded simply because it is ordered from a supplier after you place your order.
